Enhanced Listing Terms

1. What you are purchasing

An Enhanced Listing on LondonGolfCourses.com for a period of 12 months from the date of publication ("activation date"). The listing includes the features described on the for-golf-venues page at the time of purchase.

2. Price and payment

The current price is £99 (inclusive of VAT where applicable) for 12 months. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. LondonGolfCourses.com does not store card details.

3. Editorial independence

Payment does not purchase a favourable review, altered factual ranking, misleading claims, or any editorial endorsement. Enhanced Listings may receive clearly labelled featured placement on relevant directory and category pages. This placement is labelled as paid or featured. It does not affect factual rankings, review scores or editorial recommendations.

4. Content review

All submitted content is reviewed before publication. LondonGolfCourses.com reserves the right to decline, edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the site's editorial standards. If changes are required, the venue will be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit.

5. Content ownership and permissions

By submitting images and text, the venue confirms that it owns or has permission to use all submitted materials and grants LondonGolfCourses.com a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site for the duration of the listing.

6. Duration and renewal

The Enhanced Listing is active for 12 months from the activation date. Renewal is not automatic. The venue will be contacted before expiry with the renewal price at that time. The renewal price may differ from the original purchase price.

7. Refunds

If an Enhanced Listing cannot reasonably be published after content review, LondonGolfCourses.com may issue a full refund at its discretion. Once a listing is live, refunds are not available except where required by law. If you have a concern, please contact us.

8. Cancellation

There is no automatic cancellation or mid-term refund once a listing is live. If you wish to remove your listing early, please contact us.

9. Liability

LondonGolfCourses.com makes no guarantee of traffic, bookings, or commercial results from an Enhanced Listing. Quarterly reporting covers tracked visits and outbound clicks only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
