About Us

As avid golfers we were surprised to discover that there wasn't a comprehensive resource for helping us explore the golf courses in our own London backyard. Finding the right course to play on any given day was a mix of prior experience, word of mouth, and haphazard internet searches that yielded inconsistent information. As we began to dig deeper, we discovered that within the M25 there were more than 100 full courses, many of them we had never heard of.

As our awareness of the local courses grew, we thought it would be helpful to provide other golfers access to this knowledge base and so LondonGolfCourses.com was born. Today, our active directory maps 159 courses within the M25, 43 driving ranges, 40 simulators and 180 golf coaches. We also publish practical lists such as Courses close to the Tube and Top Rated Courses.
